Who are we?

I’m Bibi – the tour leader of Bibi Ha Giang Loop Tour, a local company based right in Ha Giang. Our team of tour guides and easy riders are all proud locals from different corners of Ha Giang, including myself. I was born and raised in a small, humble village where most people, including my family, relied on farming to make a living.

Growing up, I was the first and only young person from my village to continue studying after high school. With my parents’ unwavering support and hard work, I was able to attend university, even though it was a huge challenge financially. After graduating, I struggled to find a job that could help pay off my tuition debts. That’s when I started working as a motorbike rider for tourists exploring Ha Giang.

Thanks to my basic English skills, I was able to connect with visitors from around the world. Determined to improve, I started watching English tutorials on YouTube and practiced speaking with my customers. Little by little, my confidence grew, and so did the positive feedback I received. Soon, job offers from various tourism companies started coming my way.

Working in tourism opened my eyes to how the industry operates and introduced me to people from different cultures and places. It was like a window to the world beyond Ha Giang, giving me a new perspective on life.

In 2016, I decided to take a leap and start my own tour company with a group of fellow locals who share my passion for the Ha Giang Loop. Together, we set out to create something special – a business that’s not just about guiding tours but also about giving back to our community.

From the start, I wanted our work to have a purpose beyond tourism. Our mission is deeply rooted in community participation and empowerment. I believe in being more than just a guide; I want to uplift and inspire the people around us. That’s why we prioritize sharing our knowledge, being attentive to our guests’ needs, and ensuring every experience is patient, accommodating, and unforgettable.

We are able to cater for Vegetarians, Vegan, pescatarian,… diets for people who have allergy. You just need to let us know your speical request before tours and we will accomodate and tailors the tours to your needs. Flexible with delay and cancellation policy

Delay 

You can delay the tour if you notice us 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy once you confirm your tour. Please keep in mind that we make bookings for hotels, easy riders, and other arrangements in advance, which means we incur costs even if you don’t attend.
Cancellation Charges:
  • Cancel more than 72 hours in advance: No charge (0% of the price).
  • Cancel 48–72 hours in advance: 30% of the total price.
  • Cancel 24–48 hours in advance: 50% of the total price.
  • Cancel within 24 hours: 100% of the total price (no refund).
Exceptional Circumstances:
-If the weather conditions are disastrous and threaten your safety, we will work with you to delay the trip or refund your deposit.
Note for VIP Tours:
-VIP tours are non-refundable. However, you can change your date or postpone the tour if you notify us at least 10 days in advance.
