• 🎒 What should I pack for the Ha Giang Loop?

  

• 🧳 Where will I leave my big backpack or suitcase?

  You can safely store your large backpack or suitcase at our hotel before your tour begins.

  • For Ha Giang Loop tours that return to Ha Giang: Your luggage will be securely stored at our hotel and will be waiting for you when you return.
  • For one-way tours ending in Cao Bang: We will transport your luggage to Cao Bang City, where you can collect it at the end of your tour.

  Our luggage storage and transportation service is free of charge, so you only need to bring a small backpack (approximately 40 litres or less) with the clothes and personal items you’ll need during the tour. We recommend leaving your larger luggage with us for a more comfortable and enjoyable ride.

• 💵 How does the payment work?

  Payment is made upon arrival. Please note that we accept cash only.

  We accept payments in Vietnamese Dong (VND), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR).

• 🛏️ Where do I sleep after arriving in Ha Giang?

  If you arrive in Ha Giang the night before your tour, you’ll stay at Numa Hotel, located in the heart of Ha Giang City.

  One night in a shared dormitory is included free of charge with most of our tour packages. The hostel offers clean and comfortable facilities, including hot showers, free Wi-Fi, secure luggage storage, and a friendly atmosphere where you can meet other travelers.

  If you prefer more privacy, private rooms are also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

  After a good night’s rest, you’ll enjoy breakfast at our hostel before meeting your guide and beginning your Ha Giang Loop adventure.

• 🛏️ Can I have a private room during the tour?

  Yes! Private rooms are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

  If you prefer more privacy or are travelling as a couple, with family, or with friends, you can upgrade from the standard shared accommodation to a private room.

  Please let us know when booking your tour, as the number of private rooms is limited, especially during the high season.

   

• 👥 How many people will be in my group?

  At BiBi Ha Giang Loop Tour, we believe that smaller groups create a safer, more personal, and more enjoyable experience.

  Our groups typically have 4–6 travelers, with a maximum of 8 travelers per group.

  Travelling in a small group allows you to:

  • 🛡️ Enjoy a safer riding experience.
  • 🤝 Get to know your fellow travelers.
  • 📸 Spend more time at viewpoints and attractions.
  • 🌿 Visit local villages without overcrowding.
  • ❤️ Receive more personal attention from your guide and Easy Riders.

  During busy periods, we simply run more small groups rather than creating one large group.

  Our goal is to provide an authentic, relaxed, and unforgettable Ha Giang Loop experience—not a crowded tour.

• 🚌 How do I get to Ha Giang? / Do you arrange buses to Ha Giang?

  Yes! We can arrange comfortable sleeper buses, VIP cabin buses, and limousine buses from Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Cat Ba, Sapa, Ha Long, and many other destinations to Ha Giang.

  Most buses arrive in Ha Giang City in the early morning or evening. Our team will be ready to welcome you at Numa Hostel, where you can relax, take a shower, store your luggage, and enjoy breakfast before your tour begins.

• ⏰ When does the tour start and finish?

  Our tours start at 8:30 AM from Numa Hotel in Ha Giang City.

  Please arrive at the hotel by 8:00 AM to enjoy breakfast, complete the check-in process, attend the safety briefing, and meet your guide and fellow travelers before departure.

  The finishing time depends on the tour you choose:

  • 🏍️ Ha Giang Loop Tours (return to Ha Giang): The tour finishes at approximately 4:00–4:30 PM on the final day at Numa Hotel.
  • 🚐 Ha Giang to Cao Bang Tours: The tour finishes at approximately 1:30–2:00 PM in Cao Bang City on the final day.
• 🛵 What are the differences between the 3-Day and 4-Day Ha Giang Loop tours?

  We offer two types of tours, our 3 day 2 night tour and 4 day 3 night tour.

  Option 1: 3 – Day, 2- Night Tour

  Perfect for those with a limited time frame but still eager to explore Ha Giangs’s stunning mountainous terrain and waterfalls.This shorter itinerary lets you soak in the region’s natural beauty from winding mountain roads to panoramic viewpoints. It’s ideal for traveller’s who are on a tight schedule but still want to immerse themselves in the spirit of Ha Giang.

  Option 2: 4 – Day, 3- Night Tour

  For those seeking a more relaxed pace, our 4- day tour offers an extended adventure. This tour will take you all the way to the Chinese border, offering a unique glimpse into the remote northern frontier. You’ll spend more time at Ha Giang’s most remote and incredible viewpoints, allowing you to truly appreciate the majestic surroundings, travelling a total of 375km!

• 🌤️ What is the weather like on the Ha Giang Loop?

  The weather in Ha Giang can be unpredictable, and can change quickly as you travel along the Ha Giang loop. As the loop covers a vast distance from mountains to valleys, the weather can vary dramatically between different areas, making it important to be prepared.

  Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions become dangerous we will not proceed on the road. Our easyriders are always vigilant and we monitor the weather closely to ensure that your journey is as safe as it is memorable.
