Terms and Conditions
By booking a tour with Bibi Ha Giang Loop Tour (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour, as agreed.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other accepted methods stated on our website.
- Prices are quoted in [USD/VND] and may vary depending on tour type and season.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
By the Customer:
- Cancellation more than [7 days] before departure: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
- Cancellation within [3–7 days]: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than [72 hours] before departure or no-show: No refund.
By the Company:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Health and Safety
- Customers must ensure they are physically fit to participate in a motorcycle adventure tour.
- Customers riding independently must hold a valid international driving permit suitable for motorcycle use in Vietnam.
- Helmets and safety equipment must be worn at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if a customer is intoxicated or behaves in a way that compromises safety.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical treatment
- Personal injury
- Trip cancellation
- Motorcycle-related activities
The Company is not responsible for personal accidents, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
5. Liability
Customers participate in tours at their own risk.
The Company is not liable for loss, theft, injury, delays, or damages caused by events beyond our control (weather conditions, natural disasters, road conditions, government actions, etc.).
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to motorcycles or equipment due to negligence.
6. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries may change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road conditions
- Safety concerns
- Local authority regulations
We will always prioritize safety while maintaining the best possible experience.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to:
- Respect local culture, traditions, and communities.
- Follow the instructions of guides and staff.
- Behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts others or local communities.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during booking is used only for tour organization and communication purposes. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
